MISA Chien, is the co-founder and CEO of Fosubo, short for “Forget the Suggestions Box”, a technology company that allows customers to individually review employees, and thus, improving customer service one interaction at a time.
The company works with several companies, including a major T-Mobile retailer and aChevrolet Dealership.
Misa is a veteran entrepreneur with a passion for customer service. She is a lover of business, passionate about modeling, and always longing for the next adventure whether it is competing in trampoline dodgeball, or working with clients she loves.
